Pedaços do meu fim-de-semana

Os meninos folhearam livros de culinária e quiseram experimentar "esparguete preto". O pai fez-lhes a vontade e cozinhou um delicioso esparguete sepia di nero com cavalinha. Comeram tudo com grande alegria, porque era novidade.

Experimentaram outro novo sabor: queijo camembert.

Para sobremesa, uma fatia de um bolo delicioso que inventei, e já é o segundo numa semana. Tudo porque comprámos na cooperativa agrícola uma saca de 5 kg de pêros bravo-esmolfe. Fiz tudo a olho, açúcar amarelo, ovos, azeite, mel, nozes e amêndoas, canela e os aromáticos pêros.

Ficou delicioso!

Este fim-de-semana, para me distrair, criei dois novos bonecos: o ursinho Francisco e a boneca Amália.

A lareira esteve sempre acesa, pois a casa arrefeceu muito nestes últimos dias.

Tatami bed doll set

Há qualquer coisa de fascinante em tudo o que é pequeno. Construí este conjunto a pensar na quantidade de meninas que gosta de brincar às bonecas, como eu. Não foi nenhuma encomenda, foi apenas uma distracção, ao fim da tarde, nas noites em que o calor não me deixou dormir. Gostei tanto do resultado que vou tentar comercializá-lo. Se dependesse de mim, era a isto que me dedicava nos próximos dias: a construir fantasias para meninas grandes e pequenas.

There is something fascinating about all that is small. I built this set thinking about the amount of girls who like to play with dolls, like me... There was no order, it was just a pleasure, in the evening, at nights when the heat does not let me sleep. I like the result so much that I will try to sell it. If it was up to me, I devoted the next few daysto this: building dreams for big andd little girls.

Aqui podem ver a cama. É inspirado num tatami japonês. É uma construção de cartão, encadernada com papel para scrapbooking. É lindo, não é?

Here you can see the bed. It is inspired by a Japanese tatami. It is cardboard, bound with scrapbooking paper. It's beautiful, or not?

A almofada tem uma fronha para poder ser lavável, como a das pessoas grandes. Assim, para mudar os lençóis, basta comprar um set de lençol de cima e fronha de almofada :)

The pillow has a washable pillow case just to be similar to those of big people. So to change the decoration, just buy a diferent set of top sheet and pillowcase :)

Este é o lençol de cima. É feito em algodão leve com uma barra e um piquê em espilha.

This is the upper sheet. It's made of muslim cotton with a ric rac finishing.

Aqui pode ver o conjunto completo: cama, colchão, lençol, almofada, fronha e manta em patchwork. Tudo eco-friendly :)

Nesta última foto, usei o verso da manta. Também é digno de mostrar, não é?

To create Soninho softie, I loved using the applíquée pins from Clover. They are tiny, as you can see in the picture compared to normal, and slide in the sewing machine. A good buy coming from my Armazém.
